I lead the Elevate Wellness Community with one guiding belief: wellness grows best in community. This heart-led, practical space supports individuals in strengthening their health, habits, and sense of belonging through holistic support and real-life accountability.

Guided by the 9 Pillars of Wellness: physical, mental, emotional, purpose, financial, environmental, social, creative, and spiritual, members define success, balance, and peace on their own terms, supported by ongoing encouragement and quarterly reflection for sustainable growth.

With over four decades of experience spanning health, fitness, social work, business, finance, community development and art, I bring a deeply integrated approach to wellness as a certified health coach, personal trainer, registered yoga teacher, former licensed financial advisor, and holder of a Master’s in Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior.

I show up with heart, clarity, and no-nonsense authenticity—helping members create wellness that sticks and nourishes the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
